VARIDESK come with a limited, one-year product warranty from the date of purchase. Any failure from normal usage within warranty period will be repaired at free of charge. Under circumstances if product is beyond repair, a product replacement (*or replaced with an equivalent model) will be provided to customer at our cost. A failure refers to a mechanical breakdown of or defect in the unit that affects the user’s ability to operate the product as intended. If it is determined that the failure or faults was caused by misuse or abuse of the product, repairs and return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
